History
newERA grew out of a desire to act and to promote action. We are a group of creatives and business people bound by a vision that creative agency is founded in human agency. We understand authentic human communion and the power it has to manifest good things. We love to use philosophy, storytelling, and multi-sensory experiences to adjust atmospheres and to tell stories that promote and encourage brand and community synergy.
Our Practice
newERA has a threefold approach: concept creation, development, and implementation for clients who are seeking mixed-media marketing, experiential, and social enterprise consulting.
Philosophy

Video Storytelling
newERA creates broadcast quality motion picture content with our in-house talent. Short films are an efficient way to translate complex stories and truths that must be made accessible to a broad audience.
Creating short films around a message is a way of showcasing a brand in action. Meanwhile, capturing brand activation experiences creates an opportunity to bring the story to audiences beyond those face-to-face participants. Curated Experiences
In an ideal world, communities move in unison and rhythm. newERA seeks to build on this ideal quite literally. Taking complex visions and bringing them into the bodies that are engaged in these conversations is our speciality. We design engagements of non-verbal communication that are meant to connect people to each other, to ideas, and to our client’s message. From bodies to the atmospheres they inhabit, we find the subtleties of environments the most profound.
Featured Artist: Lynne Edwards
Lynne Edwards has taught classes and workshops in the art of dreaming for many years and practices dreaming for others, an ancient Egyptian divination practice. After obtaining a PhD in planning and economic development from Columbia University, Lynne worked professionally in this field for many years, before a series of profound experiences in dreaming shifted her attention and professional focus to the art of dreaming. Lynne is currently working on a book detailing her approach to the art of dreaming, entitled, Dreaming for Others: Transformative Potential of Dream State Symbolic Narratives. In addition, she is working on a series of novels based on her dream experiences. The Return of the High Priestess is the first in this series.

The Return of the High Priestess is an intriguing mystery that weaves together past life dreams of Ancient Egypt with the lives of two women, Willow and Mariel, once members of an ancient Egyptian religious order that was ruthlessly attacked and destroyed. Now at the beginning of the 21st century they must re-enter those lives in order to save themselves and destroy Seth, who seeks to re-enter human form and regain terrifying supernatural powers.

Based in Denver, Colorado, newERA is a multidisciplinary creative agency consisting of artists and strategy experts. Combining our backgrounds in marketing, curated experiences and video storytelling, we compose person-centered strategies for a wide range of clients from nonprofit organizations to agencies, restaurants, cultural centers and galleries, bands, ecologically-conscious corporations and more.
Erica Augden
is a curator of human architecture, concept delivery agent, and bridge-building superhero. Her secret powers were developed through decades of dance, years of philosophy, a lifetime of relationship-building, and a constant interest in both the power of live performance and the alternate reality of video to tell stories and connect people to ideas and each other. Creating micro-tears in the universe in search of fresh new experiences and perspectives is her specialty. Erica studied dance at The Ailey School in NYC and film at New York University, concluding her BA with honors in philosophy, political science, and film at the University of Colorado Denver.
Diego Rodriguez
is the ultimate video production wizard. He works his magic 360 degrees about the camera and conjures up cinematic delights of substance and serenity. He always comes prepared to bewitch the medium of video and film with his astounding array of knowledge and technical ability. Diego graduated with a BFA in film from the University of Colorado Denver. With over half a decade of creating noteworthy video content, he’s driven by the art and is always ready for a deeper challenge.
Kandea Mosley
has advanced newERA with the force of a sorceress, stirring the winds of change to create harmony and continuity that transcend everyday reality. Her alchemy converts dreams into new dimensions and tangible projects in everything from community development to brand building. Kandea has a BA in African American Studies with a concentration in philosophy from UCLA. She obtained her MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where she studied Sustainable Global Enterprise. She brings her background in general management, sustainable and social entrepreneurship, and journalism to unfold our promise.
Individually and as a team, we have built an impressive network of collaborators in film, brand management, fine art, theater, advertising, music, and even the best kind of mayhem, both locally and globally. The list goes on. We choose only the best in our partnerships, as we know that it's the collection of people themselves that ultimately create the magic within the experiences.
